Why did I create this template?

I created this template to propose ways to increase user engagement and conversion rates. I started by addressing touch points that pose the risk of churn among users. Then I added the relevant marketing and conversion strategies to suggest.

My hope for people utilizing this template is for them to increase growth metrics at every stage of the user journey. Each application is unique, so it’s essential to analyze user behavior and feedback to identify specific touch points that could benefit from design improvements to optimize conversion rates effectively. For this reason, I included touchpoints common to most SaaS applications.


How to use the template?

This template provides the opportunity to assign ready-made tasks to team members, smartly suggesting opportunities to create persons along the way.

1️⃣ Identify the order or priority for tasks by Priority dropdown.

2️⃣ Click on the first task to draw inspiration from

3️⃣ Click on the conversion strategy you would like to implement for each individual touchpoint.

4️⃣ Pick how you would like to convey your message to your persona(s)

5️⃣ Assign the task to a user using the available dropdown.

6️⃣ Track your before and after metrics to identify the effectiveness of your campaign.
